The Lenovo IdeaPad 1 is a device that uses Windows 11 Home as its operating system. It weighs 3.57 lbs, which makes it easy to carry around. A number pad is included, useful for individuals who frequently input numerical data.

Inside, you'll find a Ryzen 7 5700U processor that helps the system run smoothly. The device has 12 GB of RAM, which is beneficial for running multiple tasks at once. There's also 512 GB of storage space, providing room for a variety of files and applications. The RAM and storage each have one slot, giving room for future additions if needed.

The 15.6" screen uses IPS technology and has a resolution of 1920 x 1080. It's also a touchscreen, allowing for more direct interaction. The device offers two USB Type-A ports and one USB-C port for connections, but it doesn't support USB-C charging or Thunderbolt, and there's no Ethernet port. There are two display outputs available. The battery has a capacity of 42 Wh and can keep the device running for up to 10 hours.

Alex Iliev | April 2023
"The Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15" is affordable and pretty efficient. At the end of the day, the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 (15″, 2023) is one of the better affordable laptops money can buy right now. It has a decent performance, albeit coming from a CPU that is based on old architecture. Playing low-intensity games is possible but at low to medium settings. We are really happy with the cooling setup, but the main event here is the battery life. We got 9 hours of either Web browsing or video playback, which is a great result. Especially if you compare this device with the ASUS E410."
