The Lenovo Legion 5 15" is a competent choice for gaming and engineering tasks with its AMD Ryzen 7 processor and Nvidia RTX 4060 graphics. It provides strong performance for 3D and machine learning applications and has a decent battery life suited for typical use. The laptop's build and heat management are notably good, ensuring durability and comfort during long sessions. With a 15.6-inch display that offers high resolution and refresh rate, it's also built for an immersive visual experience. Keep in mind, it has substantial weight, which affects its portability, but it's not on the extreme end. It also comes with a backlit keyboard and multiple USB ports including USB-C, which adds to its flexibility for connecting peripherals. However, you should consider the chunky gaming laptop design if you are looking for something sleek for business environments. This laptop is well-suited for users who prioritize gaming capabilities and power over portability and aesthetics. Give Feedback

NotebookCheck

Andreas Osthoff | September 2021
"The Lenovo Legion 5 15 is an affordable gaming laptop with a lot of power. The new AMD processor Ryzen 7 5800H offers plenty of performance and it is also very efficient. The combination with the fast 130W version of the GeForce RTX 3060 ensures high gaming performance. We also like the fast 165 Hz display with the 1080p resolution. The automatic graphics switching causes some problems with stutters, which are very annoying. If you do not need long battery runtimes, you should definitely deactivate the hybrid graphics mode in Lenovo's Vantage app. The Legion 5 15 is never silent."
