The Lenovo Legion Slim 5 offers a good balance for general use and more demanding tasks like gaming or engineering. It has a large screen with a high refresh rate for smooth visuals, but its resolution is standard, not ultra-high. For gaming or creative applications, the Nvidia RTX 4060 graphics should provide solid performance. The battery life is adequate for daily tasks but may drain quickly during intensive use. It is relatively light for its size, enhancing portability but still on the heavier side. With its gaming-oriented features and moderate price, it can be a good fit for work and play. Give Feedback

PCMag

Mark Knapp | August 2023
"The Lenovo Legion Slim 5 Gen 8 acknowledges that a gaming laptop doesn’t have to be as thick as possible and can still ensure adequate cooling when the muscles need flexing. To this end, in the Slim 5 Gen 8, it finds a neat balance of refined, trimmed-down design that still lets its internals cruise (even above their max power ratings). Lenovo then added in some high-end build quality with an altogether excellent keyboard that’s useful for both work and play."
