The 7hz Timeless offers a high-quality sound and a planar driver, which is often preferred for its detailed audio reproduction, making it a great choice if you prioritize music listening. However, it has a less comfortable fit compared to the Moondrop Blessing 2 and offers lower noise isolation. The Moondrop Blessing 2 features a dynamic and balanced armature driver, providing a slightly superior overall sound quality and better comfort, but at a usually higher price. Neither have built-in microphones or controls, so neither is ideal for calls, meetings, or convenience features like ear detection. Both lack wireless capabilities, hence are not suitable for exercise or situations where wireless freedom is essential, and neither supports active noise cancelling, which may be important if you want to use them in noisy environments or during air travel. Choose the 7hz Timeless for a more affordable, music-focused experience, or the Moondrop Blessing 2 for comfort and overall better sound performance if you're willing to invest a bit more. Kazi Mahbub Mutakabbir | May 2023
"7Hz picked a bold name for the Timeless and frankly, got very close to justifying their word choice. Most importantly, the Timeless are good to go in stock form, so you don’t have to worry about source-matching and such. I can recommend the 7Hz Timeless to those who do not mind a dash of brightness up top, want a taste of planar in IEM form, and want one of the most resolving pair of earphones in the $150 - $300 price range."

"After having the opportunity to finally listen to them myself, I think I can kind of begin to understand why this set in particular has garnered so much hype and praise over the past year, since its release. It’s a truly delightful IEM to listen to, with an outstanding tonal balance that I think most listeners will enjoy, and solid all-around technical performance at a great price."

About Moondrop

Moondrop is a Chinese brand of smart audio equipment, portable audio players, earbuds and headphones started in 2015. During the last few years they have become one of the major players in what is lovingly referred to as the Chi-fi market, the bulk of Chinese companies that have managed to actually compete with the western manufacturers in both prices and superior quality. Products such as the Blessing II, Chu and Kato are among the most popular offerings of the brand, more popular among those users that wish for good quality audio that won't break the bank. Besides audio, the brand also works in what they call the ACGN field (Animation, Comics, Games and Short Novels).
