If you're looking for a solution with better isolation and deeper bass, the AKG K361 would serve you well, especially in noisy environments or if you're tracking bass-heavy music. However, the Koss KSC75 offers a more open sound that some listeners prefer for classical or acoustic genres, and they are significantly more affordable than the AKGs. The KSC75 typically lack the build quality and lower frequency response of the AKGs, but offer an exceptional value for casual listening, especially if you like the open-back design. Consider how much you're willing to invest and what kind of listening experience you're after. If durability and sound isolation are top priorities and you can afford the higher price, go with the AKG K361. If you want to save money and don't mind sacrificing some build quality and isolation for an airy, natural sound, the Koss KSC75 might be the better choice. Give Feedback

Alex Rowe | November 2019
"The K361 retains much of what makes the K371 such a winner, though it has a leaner sound, and the build changes made to trim the price down are immediately apparent. Still, it’s another excellent offering from AKG, and other companies in this fight should either be very worried or quickly designing updates to their old models."

InEar Fidelity

Crinacle | June 2022
"Let’s not insult the KSC75 by saying that it’s simply good for the price… because it’s far more than that. It basically has a monopoly at its asking price, and could still give modern budget headphones a run for their money 15 years after its release. The KSC75 is the world’s best not-headphone."
