The ASUS Vivobook 16 tends to be costlier and offers more storage, with a strong AMD processor that is suitable for general use and some engineering applications. The Dell Inspiron 16 5620 is more budget-friendly with less storage but still provides adequate performance for everyday tasks and some light engineering work with its Intel processor. The ASUS may handle more intensive tasks better, but the Dell offers good value for money. Both have similar screen sizes, battery life, and are not ideal for heavy gaming. Consider the ASUS if your work requires more demanding software, otherwise, the Dell is an economical choice. Give Feedback

Rtings

Olivier Martin, Ryan Lim, Yannick Khong | May 2023
"The ASUS Vivobook 16 M1605 (2023) is a budget Windows laptop. It's available with various AMD Ryzen 5000 and 7000 U-series CPUs and integrated graphics. You can only get 8GB of RAM; however, there's an empty SO-DIMM slot if you want to upgrade it. It has an FHD+ (1920 x 1200) 16:10 IPS display, a full-size keyboard with a Numpad, a 720p webcam, and Wi-Fi 6E wireless connectivity. Ports include three USB-As, one USB-C, an HDMI, and a headphone jack. The USB-C supports charging but no video output."

Stuff

Brett Venter | January 2023
"If the world is exciting enough right now, you can do far worse than a solid performer that you know will get the job done. Our review model is as powerful as you'd want an office machine to be unless you're performing specialist tasks and the price point is pretty attractive (unless work will let you have a MacBook Air instead)."
