The HP Victus 15 delivers better gaming and graphic-intensive performance due to its dedicated Nvidia graphics card, which makes it suitable for gaming, 3D modeling, and other demanding tasks, although it is heavier and has shorter battery life. On the other hand, the Lenovo Yoga 6, while slightly more expensive, is lighter and offers longer battery life, plus the flexibility of a 2-in-1 convertible touchscreen, making it ideal for general use, mobile productivity, and those who value portability and versatility over high-end performance. The HP Victus 15 has a better screen than the Lenovo Yoga 6 for general use, and gaming and AI, while the Lenovo Yoga 6 has a better screen for engineering and design, content creation, and software development.
The HP Victus 15 offers a bright and sharp display suitable for daily tasks but lacks the wide color coverage needed for precision in engineering and design, and its lower refresh rate may disappoint gamers or professionals working with fast-paced 3D graphics. The Lenovo Yoga 6, while providing adequate resolution and brightness for everyday use, excels with its color accuracy and range, making it ideal for design and engineering software that demands true-to-life color representation, but just like the Victus, it falls short in refresh rate which is crucial for smooth rendering in gaming and 3D modeling. Hence, while both laptops serve general use adequately, the Yoga 6 is better for color-intensive work, and neither is optimal for gaming or 3D applications where high frame rates are key.

The Lenovo Yoga 6 and HP Victus 15 are both good for general use.
The HP Victus 15 is suited for general use thanks to its balance of CPU and RAM for smooth multitasking, a quality IPS screen for clear visuals, and sufficient battery life, though it leans towards the heavier side, impacting portability. In contrast, the Lenovo Yoga 6, with its more powerful CPU, double the RAM, and a higher resolution touchscreen that can flip into a tablet, offers excellent portability due to its lighter weight and significantly longer battery life, albeit with somewhat less emphasis on speaker and keyboard quality compared to the HP Victus 15.

The HP Victus 15 and Lenovo Yoga 6 are both only fair for gaming and AI.
The HP Victus 15 is fair for gaming and 3D because it has a dedicated Nvidia RTX 3050 GPU and a higher screen refresh rate, which are crucial for smoother gameplay and graphics rendering, but its central processing unit and screen quality, while still important, are less so.

How the HP Victus 15 and the Lenovo Yoga 6 compare to other laptops
Olivier Martin, Ryan Lim, and Yannick Khong | March 2023
"The HP Victus 15 is great for gaming. It's available with Intel 12th Gen. CPUs and NVIDIA discrete graphics, which are powerful enough to provide a smooth gaming experience in demanding AAA titles at 1080p. It has a nice keyboard and a fast SSD, as well as Wi-Fi 6 and Ethernet connectivity for low-latency online gaming. Unfortunately, its 144Hz display has a slow response time causing noticeable ghosting, and it doesn't support variable refresh rate to reduce screen tearing."
"The AMD R7-7730U in the Lenovo Yoga 6 13 provides a suitable answer to the limited cooling capabilities of a convertible - especially in tablet mode. It draws high computing power from a comparatively limited power supply so that less heat has to be dissipated at the same time."
