The Motorola Moto G (2023) offers better performance thanks to a newer processor and a higher screen refresh rate, which provides a smoother visual experience, but it has a lower screen resolution than the Motorola One 5G Ace. The One 5G Ace boasts a higher-resolution screen and slightly longer battery life, even though it's an older model. Both phones come equipped with similar camera capabilities, but keep in mind that the Moto G (2023) is a more recent release with updates in technology. If budget is a concern and you appreciate a finer display, the One 5G Ace could be a value pick, while the Moto G (2023) is a choice for those seeking more up-to-date features. Give Feedback

Android Authority

Ryan Haines | September 2023
"If you're after Motorola's simplest, most affordable 5G experience, you'll find it in the Moto G 5G (2023). It covers the basics nicely and holds onto creature comforts like a headphone jack and expandable storage, though Motorola's update promise is still lacking and there's still no NFC for contactless payments. An upgraded 120Hz refresh rate, decent primary camera, and battery-sipping processor help to make the Moto G 5G (2023)'s price cut even more valuable."

TechRadar

Mark Knapp | February 2021
"The Motorola One 5G Ace is on the affordable side, but you don’t get a phone that will expire quickly. It proves plenty speedy for most uses, and has 5G support to get you onto the latest cellular technology. With a 6.7-inch display, the Motorola One 5G Ace is about as big as they come. The display is plenty bright, as sharp as it needs to be, and even offers HDR to round out the package."
