If you prioritize gaming or using your TV as a monitor, the Toshiba C350LU, with its good chroma subsampling and better response time, would serve you better. However, if you're more interested in general viewing experiences like watching the news, movies, or sports in well-lit rooms, neither option is particularly strong, but the Toshiba does slightly better with sports content and has a good viewing angle. Both models struggle with picture quality in both dark and bright rooms. The Amazon 4-Series offers Dolby Vision which is a feature not available on the Toshiba, so if that's important for your HDR content, then the Amazon might be the better option, despite its higher price.
