The Amazon Omni Series is somewhat more expensive than the LG UP7000. The Omni provides a slightly better overall picture quality and performs better in a bright room, but it isn't as good in a dark room when compared to the LG UP7000. If you're a gamer, both TVs have similar gaming performance. However, for sports content, the LG UP7000 has a slight edge. When considering sound, the LG UP7000 has more powerful speakers. If you'll be connecting multiple devices, the Amazon Omni Series comes with more HDMI ports. Neither TV has great motion processing or contrast capabilities. For a better streaming experience, the Amazon Omni Series offers built-in support for Dolby Vision and HLG, which the LG lacks. Choose the Omni Series for a slightly better bright room performance and more connectivity or the LG UP7000 for sports viewing and powerful sound at a lower price. Give Feedback

Nick Pino | July 2022
"If you want a competent budget screen with some handy features, the Amazon Omni TV delivers an experience that punches well above its price tag. You’ll also get the benefit of Fire TV’s new UI right out of the box. It’s clean and simple to understand, plus it puts content first. In the picture-quality department, the Amazon Omni is a surprising star among some of its dimmer, less colorful rivals."
