If you prioritize gaming and generally prefer higher picture quality, the Samsung Q70A is the better option. This TV offers better performance in gaming, sports, and also does well in both dark and bright environments. However, it costs more than the Amazon Omni Series. On the other hand, the Amazon Omni Series is more budget-friendly but has lower picture quality overall. It's still decent for watching news, reality TV, and animation, and it supports Dolby Vision which the Samsung does not. The Omni performs acceptably in a bright room too, but it's not as good in a dark room or for sports content. Both TVs have similar HDMI port options and neither have great built-in speakers. If having a TV that is better for gaming, sports viewing, and offers overall higher picture quality, especially in varied lighting conditions, the extra expense for the Samsung Q70A may be justified. However, for cost-sensitive buyers who value smart features and Dolby Vision support for streaming content, the Amazon Omni Series is a suitable choice. Give Feedback

Nick Pino | July 2022
"If you want a competent budget screen with some handy features, the Amazon Omni TV delivers an experience that punches well above its price tag. You’ll also get the benefit of Fire TV’s new UI right out of the box. It’s clean and simple to understand, plus it puts content first. In the picture-quality department, the Amazon Omni is a surprising star among some of its dimmer, less colorful rivals."
