The ASUS TUF Gaming A16 is a stronger choice for gaming and engineering tasks due to its higher performance hardware, but it is heavier and has a shorter battery life compared to the LG Gram 16. If portability and battery life are more important to you, and you're doing general use or less intensive engineering work, the LG Gram 16 is a better fit. It's lighter and offers silent, fanless operation, making it more suitable for work on the go. The LG Gram also has a higher resolution display, which is great for sharp visuals, whereas the ASUS has a faster refresh rate better for fast-paced gaming. Give Feedback

The ASUS TUF Gaming A16 is good for gaming and AI, while the LG Gram 16 is only fair.
The ASUS TUF Gaming A16 stands out for gaming and 3D applications primarily due to its more powerful AMD RX 7600S graphics card and a higher screen refresh rate of 165Hz, enabling smoother visuals and better performance in graphically demanding tasks. On the other hand, the LG Gram 16, while still capable for some gaming and 3D work, uses the less potent Intel Iris Xe graphics and a standard 60Hz screen refresh rate, which may not handle intensive gaming or 3D applications as effectively.

How the ASUS TUF Gaming A16 and the LG Gram 16 compare to other laptops
"The A16 makes an excellent case against more expensive laptops like the Asus ROG Zephyrus Duo 16 and the MSI Katana GF76, especially if you’re into 1080p gaming. However, although its affordable, it doesn’t skimp on performance or a robust chassis. But for me, the biggest factor that sets it apart from these options is its incredible battery life. In my time reviewing laptops, I can’t remember when I last saw a gaming laptop lasted 11 and a half hours on a single charge, which makes the A16, in my book, truly outstanding."
"The LG Gram 16 is a lightweight device with stability issues. The LG Gram 16Z90Q with a Core i7-1260P is made with portability in mind and places less of a focus on users with high demands on performance. The compact and light chassis is particularly practical when you are on the go. The device is not only comfortably small and lightweight, it also boasts a great battery life. When connected to mains, on the other hand, the 16-inch device is rather disappointing. The standard cooling mode causes extreme volatility in terms of CPU, SSD and iGPU performance. The meager stability of the chassis may also put off some potential buyers."
